I won't normally offer this advice..

But this really can be saved. It needs a lot more animation, a little less build up, and general fine tuning. I'm assuming your character was supposed to be a samurAi, which is ok, but there's no need to rehash agent smith again. Make him a little more original, tighten your animation, and you might have something. Again, I've been on NG for a while now. I've seen a lot of stuff, and normally I wouldn't even bother on something like this, but it really looks like you could use constructive criticism. I was also thinking you should either use straighter lines or an actual text box for your text.
